貧乏ゆすり

今日は整形外科で変形性股関節症の定期診察日でした。

週一度のリハビリと自主トレのお陰で痛みが軽減。

私は医師に一つ質問をしました。

「椅子に長く座ったあと歩き出すと股関節のこわばりを感じます」

医師「貧乏ゆすりをすれば良いです」

貧乏ゆすりも自主トレメニューに入れます。(美智子)

Today was my regular check-up at the orthopedic clinic for my osteoarthritis of the hip. Thanks to my weekly rehabilitation sessions and self-exercise program, the pain has lessened. I asked the doctor one question: “I feel stiffness in my hip when I start walking after sitting on a chair for a long time.” The doctor replied, “Just try doing some leg-shaking exercises.” I’ll add leg-shaking exercises to my self-exercise routine.
