整形外科で週に一度、理学療法士のリハビリと自主トレ習得。お家では、無理のない自助努力の継続。就寝時や歩行の際、左股関節の疼痛がほぼ無くなりました。先日のミニ旅行での歩数は5000歩。自信がつきました。これからの私の目標は、上り階段で痛みが出ないように、股関節周りの筋力と柔軟性をつけていくことです。(美智子)
Once a week, I receive rehabilitation from a physical therapist at an orthopedic clinic and learn self-training. At home, I do some gentle exercises by myself. Now the pain in my left hip joint when I sleep or walk has almost completely disappeared. I walked 5000 steps on a recent mini trip. I feel more confident now. My goal from now on is to build up the strength and flexibility of the muscles around my hip joint so that I don’t feel pain when going up stairs. (Michiko)
