私が現在残しているのはミニのものだけです。ミニの飾り物はハワイから持ち帰ったものです。小さくて大切なものはヴァイオリン２つ。海外の引っ越しは大変ですから、京都で使っていたタンス類やグランドピアノ、またハワイで使っていたものは欲しい方に譲りました。私は天国に持って行く大きい思い出をたくさん持っています。（美智子）

About big memories. All I have left now are small things. The small ornaments are ones I brought back from Hawaii. Small but important things are my two violins. Moving overseas is hard, so I gave away the chests and grand piano I used in Kyoto, as well as the things I used in Hawaii, to people who wanted them. I have a lot of big memories that I will take to heaven. (Michiko)
