Each Tuesday Bali has an early day from school and we go together to a local discount market to do shopping. This market is called Addison Road Community Centre. It’s great because it’s truly discounted produce and it’s simply a community service. We also get some free fruit and vegetables there. This place attracts lots of people from all over and we can easily fill many bags for under $50. There is a limit of one meat and one milk per person but otherwise we can buy whatever we like.

息子のバリは毎週火曜日に学校から早めに帰ってきます。そして一緒に地元の格安マーケットに買い物に行きます。このマーケットはアディソン ロード コミュニティーセンターと言います。本当に安く買える商品が売られている、地域貢献のマーケットなので、すごく助かります。５ドル買うと野菜と果物を無料でもらえます。この店にはあちらこちらから大勢の人が集まります。５０ドル以下で簡単にいくつもの買い物袋いっぱいになります。肉と牛乳は一人一個までという決まりですが、それ以外は、冷凍の肉や賞味期限の近いものなど何でも好きなだけ買うことができます。
