長年の友人、中島美貴代さんと鎌倉でランチをしました。栄養バランスの良い食事を出すレストランで楽しい食事の時間を持ちました。そのあと、美貴代さんは鎌倉浄明寺ハイランドの永井邸のお茶室へ戻っていきました。茶道を教えています。藤沢から鎌倉への江ノ電では、ロサンゼルスから旅行に来た女性２人と楽しいおしゃべりをしました。私「大谷翔平さんの野球を見た？」と聞くと、「まだ見てないけど翔平の犬のプリントのTシャツを持ってるのよ」と話が弾みました。「ロスで翔平さんに会ったらよろしく言ってね」と私が言うと、「オーケーオーケー。あなたの顔の写真を撮ってもいい？」と彼女達はスマホで撮影。長谷寺駅に着くと２人は「ダイブツ、ダイブツ」と言いながら下車しお別れしました。何とも愉快なお出かけ日でした。（美智子）

I had lunch in Kamakura with my long-time friend, Nakajima Mikiyo-san. We enjoyed at a restaurant that served well-balanced meals. After that, Mikiyo-san returned to her office because she is an instructor of Japanese tea ceremony. On the Enoden train from Fujisawa to Kamakura, I had a fun conversation with two women who were traveling from Los Angeles. I asked, “Have you seen Shohei Ohtani’s baseball game?”, and one lady replied, “I haven’t seen it yet, but I have a T-shirt with Shohei’s dog on it.” Then I told them, “If you meet Shohei in LA, please say hello to him”, and they responded with, “OK, OK. Can we take a picture of your face?” and took a picture with their smartphones. It was such a pleasant day out. (Michiko)
