白内障手術から4か月経ちました。暑い夏にメガネをかけると顔が暑かった。今は顔が涼しく軽く感じます。嬉しい！若い頃にソフトコンタクトレンズを付けていた時期もあります。私はアレルギーがあり、眼科医にアレルギーが目に出ているから捨てなさい、と言われて捨てました。１日使い捨てのコンタクトも使ってみましたが目に支障があり止めました。メガネはいくつも作りました。今、私の目は喜んでいます。手術後の私の覚え書き3/15, 3/23, 3/31, 4/4, 4/16, 6/12, 7/30です。（美智子）

It’s been four months since my cataract surgery. When I wore glasses on hot summer days, my face felt hot. Now my face feels cool and light. I’m so happy! I also wore soft contact lenses when I was younger. I have allergies, and my ophthalmologist told me to throw them away because they were affecting my eyes, so I did. I also tried using daily disposable contact lenses, but they were bothering my eyes so I stopped. I’ve made several glasses. Now my eyes are happy. My notes four months after cataract surgery.
