私のヴァイオリンの弓です。この2本を約50年間使っています。制作されて100年以上のもの。特別に高価な楽器を所有している有名演奏家は別として、弦楽器演奏や指導に携わっている人は、所有楽器の銘柄や値段を表立って話題にすることはありません。ましてや弓のことを一般会話ですることはまずありません。しかし皆さん弓もそれなりに高価なものを使っているのです。お好きな方は弓を何本も所有しているそうです。私は持っているものを長く大切に使います。（美智子）

These are my violin bows. I’ve been using these two for about 50 years. They were made over 100 years ago. Apart from famous performers who own particularly expensive instruments, people who play or teach string instruments don’t openly talk about the brand or price of their instruments. And they almost never talk about bows in general conversation. But everyone uses fairly expensive bows. I hear that people who love bows own several of them.
