35年前にカンザスの友人ジーナにもらった箱です。「あなたへの特別な贈り物です。寂しい時や落ち込んだ時にはこの箱を握って私があなたのことを考えていることを感じてください。リボンは結んだままにして決して箱を開けてはいけません。中には愛が詰まっています。ただ抱きしめてください。１９８８年１２月 ジーナ」という内容。今も箱を開けていません。（２０２４年７月 美智子）
