あとまわし　つもりつもって　おひっこし

Ｉ really hate moving! My wife and I had to move after living in the same house for 16 years and I could not believe all of the things that we had accumulated! My wife is a collector but I am the opposite so it was very hard for me to have to deal with so much stuff! Moving day actually lasted one month as we were fortunate to have had a lot of time so we moved on our days off. I was so happy when everything was done!

　私は引越しが大嫌いです。しかし、妻と１６年間、住んだ家を引っ越すことになりました。引越しの準備をしている時、いつの間にか、色々なものを溜め込んでいたことに驚きました。私の妻は、勿体ないと言って、ものを捨てるのを嫌います。私は正反対の性格ですから、荷物の山をどう処理して良いのかわかりませんでした。結局、引越しに、１ヶ月もかかりました。幸い、家の明け渡しまでに、時間の余裕がありましたから、休日にゆっくり取り組むことが出来ました。引っ越しが終わった時、ほっとして肩の荷が下りたような気持ちでした。
