庭でなるラスベリー（木いちご）は店で売っているそれに比べるとまことに小さいのですが、超新鮮なためか冷蔵庫で数日貯めておく事ができます。

かなり貯まったので今日ジャムを作ってみましたら、カップ６杯分ありました。

ラスベリーの木は剪定したり、肥料をやれば、おそらくもっと大きな実がなるのでしょうが、なんとなく自然のままに茂るにまかせています。

まるはな蜂の好物らしく蜜集めに余念がありません（まるはな蜂は黒に黄色の縞模様のある蜂で、丸々と太って見えます）。なんだかお裾分けをもらっているような気がします。

Raspberries I harvest from our yard are much smaller than ones you buy at the store, but because they are super-fresh, I can store them in the refrigerator for several days.
Now that I have enough, 6 cups, my husband made raspberry jam today.

I am sure I can get larger berries, if I prune the bushes and fertilize them. However,I just leave them in their natural state.

Bumblebees love the nectar, working all day. I feel that I share raspberries with them.
