Suit

I picked up my new suit today. I bought it last week and had it tailored. When purchasing a suit, the most important thing is to make sure that the coat fits properly around the shoulders. The reason is because this is the one area of the suit that really cannot be altered. A good tailor can fix almost anything else. In my case, I needed to have the arms lengthened and the pants hemmed. The arms of the coat should be just long enough to cover the cuffs of the dress shirt. Also, the legs of the pants should reach about halfway down the heels of one’s dress shoes.
