no matter how
I clench my sweaty palms
the plane still flies



I’m afraid of flying. Every time the plane’s hull tilts, I think it’s going to crash for sure. But, if I didn’t fly at all, I wouldn’t be able to go on adventures, visit people, or visit places I want to see. So, I always just clench my sweaty palms and ride fearfully in my seat.





例え手に汗握っても飛んでゆく

たとえてに　あせにぎっても　とんでゆく


私は飛行機に乗るのが苦手です。機体が大きく揺れるたびに、今度こそ落ちる、と思うのです。でも飛行機に乗らなければ、冒険したり、会いたい人のいる所や、行きたい場所には行くことができません。だからいつも手に汗を握って、怯えながら座席に座ります。
