Employees are often subject to difficulties within their organizations that don’t really relate to their jobs. This is surely a trait common to many different fields of work. One could certainly think of handling these situations as part of the job, but wouldn’t it be much better for me to only think about the patients I’m helping. This is what I’ve been feeling recently.

Since there are a lot of women working here at the hospital, it’s especially hard to get by.





考えたい患者さんだけ一心に
かんがえたい　かんじゃさん だけ　いっしん に

どんな仕事にも共通すると思いますが、組織に所属していると
仕事以外にもややこしいことがたくさんあります。
それも仕事の一つだと考えればそうですが、
純粋に患者さんのことだけで考えることができたらどんなに良いだろうと感じる今日この頃です！

特に病院は女性が多いので、うまーく渡り歩くのは大変です。
