Of course, turkey tastes like chicken! No, I am kidding, it tastes much better! Especially when you add gravy and cranberry sauce. I am so sorry that you do not have this tradition in Japan. Yukiyo-san, I am afraid that you are being deprived of one of the great joys of life!
