暗闇に犬の遠吠え雨上がり

くらやみ に　いぬ の とおぼえ　あめ あがり

Walking alone at night on an empty street. Everything seems to be alive but somewhat dangerous. There are far away sounds of dogs barking and cats fighting and the occasional honking of horns. I almost feel like a stranger in my own neighborhood.

夜、人気のない道を、一人で歩いています。全ての物は生きているように見えますが、何となく危険な感じです。遠くで犬の吠える音や、猫の喧嘩や、たまにクラクションを鳴らす音がします。私の家の近所を歩いているにもかかわらず、私はよそから来た人のようです。
