When traveling across many time zones, it is normal to be exhausted. The trip itself is tiring. However, adjusting to the schedule in a far away place is even more challenging because you naturally want to wake up and go to bed at inconvenient times.

飛行機の旅で、たくさん標準時を横切ると、常に疲れきります。旅は疲れるものです。
不便な時間に、寝たり起きたりしたくなるので、遠く離れた所でスケジュールを調整することは、非常に難しいです。。
