At a church I regularly attend, once in a while they have guest speakers. Recently the church employed a speaker who was probably younger than me. At least he looked younger. Honestly I don’t think young pastors make good speakers. They haven’t quite developed good speaking skills. They speak from a prepared sermon rather from the heart. You can tell they are reading what they wrote, not speaking with feeling. And I believe this comes from a lack of life experience as well. But I suppose everyone has got to start somewhere.
