Health Maintenance

I have to keep in mind three things for good health. First, I have to remember to exercise. Even when sometimes it is hard to remember after a night at the bar with friends or an all nighter on the job. Then, I have to eat properly. That means having good nutrition. For example, not skipping breakfast, eating a light lunch, and having a wholesome dinner. Last, I have to remember to relax and reduce stress. Of course, that means drinking beer. It also means getting plenty of sleep which means averaging eight hours per night.
