The other day I took my 11 year old son Jaya to the world renowned Astronomy Center here in Hilo. It was rather facinating as the roof is a dome shape and we watched a 3D movie from the roof of our solarsystem. we were then transported out into the outer edges of our universe and we sat back in awe as all the planets, blackholes, and other amazing wonders with in our universe passed by us. This “movie” was taken by the internationally acclaimed “Subaru” telescope that sits on the top of Mauna Loa volcano, the worlds larges mountain when measured from the base of the sea! The Big island is indeed full of natural wonders. Why not come see for yourself  and let the awesomeness of the Hawaii’s Big Island enchant you!
