My husband will graduate from college today. We will be leaving in a little while to attend the ceremony. This will be a day to remember. I am so proud of him. He hesitated to go back to school but he did it. He returned to get his Associate’s degree, and today is his big day to walk the stage. He doesn’t want to make a big deal about it because he doesn’t think a two-year degree deserves a lot of hoopla but I say it does. How many people can say they’ve earned an Associate’s? Whether or not he moves on to the next level will be up to him. I’m just happy to see how far he has come and how hard he has worked to get there. After the ceremony we’ll be going out to dinner to celebrate, and we’ll top off the evening with some delicious ice cream.
