Getting more exercise

Since I have been busy with with school and work, I haven’t had been able to go to the beach and gym. I am starting to slowly gain weight, and my body fat percentage is increasing. When I gain weight I usually see it in my face and stomach. I am going to make a new resolution to get my body fat down. Right now it is kind of high at 17%. If you are a woman this percentage is okay. Hopefully I will be able to get it down to 12% or less. When I was younger my body fat was only 8% but that was when I was lighter too.

    Hi Allison,

    No I have the Tanita body fat scale from Sharper Images (it also measures your weight). I know it’s not totally accurate, neither is that caliper where they measure how much they can pinch from your arms, and stomach. But I use the scale to gauge where I am so from there I can see if my diet and exercise routine is making an impact or not.
