House Repairs

On Sunday, I had to have my plumbing for my house fixed. My house has the old type of metal pipes, so I had to change it to the new copper piping. Owing a house is very expensive. The next thing I have to do is have my electrical system changed. After that, I wanted to remodel my bathroom. I was thinking about maybe adding a furo. I am slowly running out of money!

    ”Owing a house is very expensive.”　I can’t agree more! As we remodeled our house so much, we ended up selling the house at a loss, that is, we spent more than the sale price. Of course, the house was sold quickly, but I could scarcely use the beautiful granite counters in the kitchen, and all of my elaborate calculations did not materialized (sigh).

    Sorry to hear that you sold your house at a loss. I wish I sold my house too. Actually I could have sold it at a profit, I was lucky enough to buy my house at a really low price. Since then it appreciated by 200%! I like granite countertop too but right now its too expensive for me to buy and install it. Especially now since I went back to graduate school. It’s just so expensive to add things here and there. And it never ends! Maybe you had the right idea to sell your house!
