ハワイには様々な国から来た人々が住んでいますので、みんなは英語や日本語や中国語やハワイ語や色々な言葉を使います。

それから、時々私はその言葉がどこ の国の言葉かわからなくて、混乱（こんらん）します。

たとえば、子供の頃に「アカマイ」は日本語だと思いました。
それに、「ぶた」はハワイ語だと思いました。「ぶ た」は日本語だと最近知りました。

彼の妹と一緒に写真のとり方のクラスを取りたいと思っています。しかし、そのクラスは、コミュニティーカレッジの授業ですので、私は大学に申し込みをしなければなりません。それに、TB testも必要です。不便です。

最近、妹が勤務する高校のクラスのウェブページを作りました。楽しかったです！　
近い将来、友人の犬のトレーニングのウェブページを作ります。

この前の週末に高校のスピーチコンテストが North ShoreのKahuku でありました。
妹と私はボランティアでしたので、行きましたが、迷子になりました!　はずかしいですね！

steamed fish

Mike and I learned a recipe for steamed fish that sounded easy and fun, so we tried it the other weekend.  We bought a three-pound whole onaga from Daiei and took it to my house.  We thought that my dad would be home to teach us how to clean it, but he was out, so we had to look it up on the internet.  I think we did a good job, but it took us an hour!  Then we rubbed the fish all over with sugar, sprinkled it with ginger, and steamed it for 18 minutes.  We moved it to a different dish and put lots of green onions on top, and then covered the dish for ten seconds to quickly cook the green onions.  We heated up some vegetable oil in the microwave and poured it on top of the onaga, and then we also poured on shoyu and a splash of sesame oil.  Then we ate it with hot rice? the two of us finished the whole fish, and it was so yummy! フルバの登場人物は、常に「おにぎり」と言います。
しかし、ハワイ人は、何時も「むすび」と言います。

訳を分かりたかったので、お祖母ちゃんに質問しました。

彼 女が言うには、「むすび」は、田舎の言葉、「おにぎり」は、もっと上品です。
そして、ほとんどのハワイの日本移民達は田舎から来ましたので、「むすび」と言うそうです。
これが、その訳です！

昨日、ダイエイのレジで順番を待っていた時、「アリソン？アリソン　チャング？」と声をかけられました。

振り向くと、他の列の男性が、私に話しかけてきました。ぜんぜん覚えていません。

彼は、「アリソンと私は、高校時代に同じ管弦楽団に引きました」と言いました。、しかし、今でもまったく覚えていません！

恥ずかしかった！

明快に伝えるために、軍隊のアルファベットを使います。
たとえば、AはAlpha、BはBravo、CはCharlieなどです。
