THAT SLUGGISH FEELING

Do you or have you ever felt sluggish? Tired, not wanting to get out of bed? Looking at your watch at work wanting the time to go by faster? Is it hard to get off the couch and easier to sit there hour after hour with the television remote glued to your hand? Do you ever feel run down, sick, just totally done with life? Well, sad to say, many people have. Some have even felt a bit of depression and laziness. But, there is a reason and an answer, a cure for the blahs. SLEEP, NUTRITION and EXERCISE. What’s more, even a change of mind.

Without a healthy, balanced meal your body can get tired from lack of nutrients that it needs. Cutting out soda’s and other not so healthy drinks and replacing them with water can be a tremendous help on your kidney’s and overall health. Regular exercise, at least an hour a day, promotes positive blood flow and fitness. It also helps to maintain good, regular plumbing 🙂 8 hours of sleep per night is ideal, 7 hours is good, to give the body the rest that it needs for longevity. Thinking positively and never letting negative thoughts run crazy in your mind helps to minimize depression and keeps a smile on your face. Also keeps organs in our bodies from being stressed to the point of failure.

So, it you are tired, rundown, depressed and just done with life, get some sleep. Eat wholesome, healthy foods. Drink lots of water. Get out of the house and walk, jog or run. Get into some activities that will allow you to move that body. Don’t stress out about anything. Don’t worry about anything. Take it a day at a time, and smile…a lot.
