Make-up experience

My mother bought me make-up when I was in 9th grade. She bought me my first face foundation, eye-liner, and mascara.  At the time, I did not know how to put make-up on, but I was happy that my mom bought make-up for me.  I gradually learned how to put make-up on my face, and learned new make-up techniques.  I felt pretty with make-up, and learned how to appear like a doll.  I still put on make-up till this day, because I love how it makes me feel like I have flawless skin.  However, I need to use less make-up because my skin needs to breath, be more healthier, and I want to be a natural beauty. I need to accept myself for who I am, without having the need to conceal my true self behind all the make-up that covers my troubled skin.  What matters is that my inner-self remains positive and I will be beautiful regardless of my bad skin.
