Father’s homemade gyoza

My father makes the best gyoza! I have tried gyoza from different restaurants here in Hawaii and in Japan, but nothing compares to my father’s gyoza. He puts his hard efforts into making the gyoza taste and look perfect. He cuts all the vegetables in small little pieces, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then he leaves the meat and vegetables in the fridge to marinate. My sister and I are always excited when we know that our father is going to make his famous gyoza. It has been a while since we have last seen our father since his remarriage, but a week ago, he took the time to make gyoza and drop off the food to my sister’s house and at mine. I was happy! It tasted delicious.
