I work during the week and usually use my free time to do housework or errands, so I don’t get to spend as much quality time with my daughter as I would like. Today, however, we had a mommy and daughter day. First we went to the toy store to look at all the toys. Then we went to a kid’s eatery where they have games and rides. They sell pizza too, but we just went for the games and rides. She liked the lights and noises there. She kept going back to the ride that had blinking lights and a little computer screen. We came home after she got tired, and she took her nap. When she woke up we had a late lunch. Finally, we went out for a walk. It was cold and breezy, but sunny. She picked up many sticks along the way. She doesn’t know it, but mommy is already planning another adventure for next weekend.
