Last Sat., the8th, our Word in Action Ministries was privileged to give away almost 13,000 lbs. of food to anyone who came to pick it up. Many responded so we were able to give potatoes, watermelon, pop, 10 lb. of spaghetti, pizzas, corn, green beans, soup, and a couple of other items. It took 12 volunteers and 3 hours to give it away. Many were blessed.

Today is my daughter’s 17th birthday. Our family will celebrate by eating pizza out tonight. She wanted ice cream cake so we’ll be having that too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LESLIE!!
