Well, even though I haven’t been as disciplined as I would like to be, I feel I am still learning the ways of the Nihonjin. I think I am somewhere close to my 25th lesson and feel I am progressing, although slower than I would like, but none the less still learning. I am now somewhat conversing in Japanese through the wonderful guidance of the NACOS system. I ask a lot of times to say again please just so I understand what’s being asked, it takes a few repetitions, but I eventually get it. If I could only have the self discipline to study at home as much as I know I should I know I would be speaking Japanese pretty much with the best of the rookies. I will continue to thrive and excel, for one day I will be in Japan conversing with my new found friends solely in Japanese.
