Many times when watching Japanese movies, I’ve come across English sub-titles that somehow lose the translations of what is actually meant in the conversion.  Japanese words paint such a beautiful picture in the mind that sometimes cannot be translated.  That is why I’m so so happy that I’m learning Japanese.  The enjoyment is not lost through translation!  LOVE, LAUGHTER, and SORROW all have many ways of portraying these emotions in Japanese. You will not lose the FEELINGS when you understand Japanese.
