Had to attend a class for the Coast Guard in New Orleans in March. I had a great time and New Orleans is a great place to visit, I just don’t think I could live there, too humid.

 Here’s a picture of the class I was with. We went out to dinner and had an authentic New Orleans dinner. As you can see, its not your typical restaurant. It was more like a large house with tables put everywhere.

This is Bourbon Street in the day time. That’s important. When the sun goes down, Bourbon Street transforms into a serious party street. It was a lot of fun and I heard some great music.

I did have a great time and New Orleans has a culture all its own. Everybody should visit it at least once. I did have some of the best cajun food ever in New Orleans.
