At the restaurant every so often we need to be recertified and most recently we have been informed that we must study.   I’m worried, last time we studied the cards it was a lot of information to take in.  I’m not sure to what depth the will dig, but I think that I understand what is needed.  This test will make sure that we stay sharp.  I hope that maybe it’s just a scare tactic but I don’t think it is.  If we fail to pass our hours will be cut and it may lead to being fired.  I hate test I never perform up to standards.  I hope that I do well but I will have to study very hard over the next few days.
