Today was a good day.  Sensei has said I am doing much better in my Japanese learning and I seem to be picking up the kanji a little more each time I am happy that I’m making some progress and I can see it in myself too.  Although, I still have difficult understanding certain words and phrases even though I should probably already know them, but slow pace wins the race. I think I’m going to begin setting more time to studying in between the lessons especially on the kanji because nothing makes me happier than to be able to read Japanese even if it is simple phrases and sentences. Every little progress counts. It’s a step forward and not backwards and that works well for me.  Can’t wait for my next lesson.
