Next week I will be making another trip to Japan. What can I say? I love the country, especially the food! I will again be staying in the Tokyo area, but this time I will also check out the Kansai area. There, we will be staying in a hotel in Kyoto, while checking out the temples and shrines, and of course make a pit spot in Osaka. I have to eat my favorite okonomiyaki!
