A couple of months ago, I noticed that I had a new callus on the inside of my first knuckle of my right index finger. I had no idea what it was until today… I was chopping stuff up to make corn chowder, and I realized that it’s a cooking callus! It’s where I press down on the top of the knife. I never thought I’d be so domestic that I’d get a cooking callus. 😀
