On Sunday night, the doorbell rang at 9pm, and it was my sister dropping off these pies! She taught herself to bake them, and she makes the best apple pies I’ve ever had. Normally I don’t really like pie crust, but hers is fantastic! I’m so lucky to have a pie-baking sister. :>
