Since I have luxury of working at home, sometimes I play the stock market, from my computer. I have lost a lot of money in the past so now I try to be more careful by not buying so many shares of stock. I also like to buy the index stocks such as the nasdaq and Japanese nikkei stocks. It is a lot safer because it is made up of different stocks, kind of like a mutual fund. It is interesting playing the stock market because there so many ways that you can make money. You can make money when the market goes up or down. For example a couple of days ago I shorted a Chinese company stock. When the stock price goes down I actually make money. And for the past couple of days the Chinese stock market has been going down so since I shorted a Chinese stock I made money.
