Our ceremony was at 5 p.m., so I was really surprised when our photographer called me at 8 o’clock the morning of our wedding — she had gotten confused about the time, but it turned out to be a fortunate mistake because she spent her time that morning scoping out the backyard and making this awesome heart using the plumeria from Mike’s dad’s tree. (That’s about where we ended up standing for our vows.) 🙂
