Lately I have been watching HGTV, a channel that is solely devoted to the subject matter of homes. In Hawaii construction costs are almost at it’s peak(I think the average is $200/sq ft) so I figured I could do some of the home improvements by myself – . One project I plan on doing is dry walling one of the rooms we have in my house. And later I plan on redoing my kitchen, by replacing old cabinets.
