「ルスクリスのステーキは大変大きい」、そんなことを日本人のお客様からよく耳にします。そこで私はできる限りの日本語を使ってお客様の感想をお尋ねしました。すると面白いことがわかりました。日本のレストランでは８オンス（約２５０グラム）のステーキが一般的だそうです。私は驚きました。私達が出す一番小さなステーキが８オンスです。アメリカで８オンスのステーキは、子供に食べさせるサイズなのです。私達のステーキが日本の人達にとって大き過ぎることはわかりました。しかし、肉を厚く切るのには理由があります。それは肉のうまみを引き出すためです。肉にバターと刻みパセリを添え、焼けるように熱いお皿の上にのせてお出しするのがルスクリスの特徴です。ステーキの大きさだけでなく、ルスクリスならではの演出を見て、息を飲むほどに驚くお客様の姿を見るのが、私はたまらなく好きです。

私はワイキキにある「ルスクリス」というステーキハウスで働いています。私はこの仕事を大変気に入っています。この仕事は私にとって、いくつかの特典があります。まず第一に、毎日、わくわくするような新しい人との出会いがあるということです。また、日本人のお客様の日本語を聞いたり、日本語を話す機会を持つことができます。日本人のお客様は、言葉がわからない人に対して非常に礼儀正しく、寛大な心を持っていらっしゃいます。さらにもう一つ素晴らしいことがあります。ルスクリスは世界中にあるということです。ですから、いろいろな国へ転勤することも可能です。私にとって、東京のルスクリスに転勤できれば理想的ですし、それは私にとって信じられないほどの冒険です。そんな素晴らしい職場、「ルスクリス」で働く私の願いは、全てのお客様に今夜は最高に幸せだったと思っていただくことです。

Great! Izakaya style food very fresh food and great enviroment. I loved the ootoro it was so buttery and they were teaching me about some sake. I really love izakaya food this restaurant ranks very high.

This is Red Rock Casino. Its so beautiful there, I recommend anyone staying in vegas to go there. Just wonderful design wood finishes it just seems like everything is just larger then life there.
