New Year’s celebration started with the annual New Year’s   Eve Ball held at Prince Kuhio Hotel with the Hawaii Ballroom Dance Assoc. group.  We had about 200 people there and had about 8 dance exhibitions, along with games, lucky numbers, and a skit with Father Time and Zodiac Animals. Ending at midnight with everyone holding hands in a circle, popping all the balloons with our shoes and singing Auld Lang Sign. After which we all hugged each other and wished a Happy New Year!  Later we all went to a member’s room to eat and celebrate some more with cheese, sausage, chips and dip, maki sushi,champagne, candies and cookies.This is how our New Year’s Eve ended but much more to happen next day.
