Actually she is my ex-girlfriend and I am going to show her around.  I know it sounds like a bad idea but I am interested in seeing her.  We have mutual friends so I think that making amends is necessary.  I am not sure as to what I am expecting but I hope that we have fun.  She will be staying for 2 weeks and I wonder what I should show her.  I think she wants me to take off from work but the way the economy is right now I cannot afford to miss any days of work.  Maybe I will just take a couple day off.  It’s been many years since we have seen each other.  For a couple weeks I’ll be acting like a tourist how fun is that.
