Valentine’s day is coming!  We will be incredibly busy, I remember last year having that day off and trying to get a date so I wouldn’t feel so lonely.  I ended up getting rejected but I wasn’t that heartbroken it was just a shot in the dark.  This year thank god I work, I’m not sure what I would do with myself.  On the plus side we are incredibly busy.  I think we have more reservations than our restaurant can handle.  This should be a great money maker for us though.  I need to make some serious cash before I leave for Vegas.  Most of the reservations that night will be locals, we have but one chance to impress them.  With the state of the economy we might never get another opportunity to really impress them.  We want them to leave thinking “WOW, what a great meal”.  So that the next time they want to eat, we will be all they are thinking about.  In our restaurant we call it plus 1 service, in some other restaurants they may call it something else but it just means great service.  Come Valentines we will need some major synergy.
