Today’s economy is slowing down, so must be much more on point then usual.  Managers are watching us very closely, to ensure quality of service is not lost.  Tips maybe smaller but quality will not be lost.  They will ensure that we preserve our reputation.  I hope that the economy will bounce back right away our livelihood depends on it.  Recently I made some great friends from Japan in the restaurant.  That’s one the best things about working in the restaurant, you meet new people daily and you can network so that one day you can find something better.  I made many new friends this week hopefully they will remember me when they come back to Hawaii.
