Recently things are slowing down not only in the restaurant but all around.  I think the economy is hurting and everyone is just being safe.  I may need to find and alternate means for my livlihood.  It’s something I hesitate about because I love what I do, I meet new people everyday and work with some of the best friends a person could ever wish for.  I just need something that can at least be competitive in pay.  Most of the jobs cannot match what I currently make.  Maybe one day I will be brave enough to make my own business.  I think that I have most of the qualities needed to be a great business owner, I just need the guts!  I have many ideas but ideas are just that, dreams that never amount to anything.
