Have you seen the gas prices here in Hawaii.  They’re outlandish!  I just spoke with my friend David and he’s paying even more in Seattle.  Man, thats just crazy, he tells me that for 91 octane or higher its at $4.47 , here in Hawaii its not nearly as high but it’s getting there I pay about $4.09.  What’s more is that this is really what is hurting the economy.  Everything becomes more expensive and people start to get worried and spend less and save more.  Futhermore the fact that Hawaii’s economy relies on tourism and with prices what they are there is huge downturn in tourist.  I’m not sure what’s in store for Hawaii’s economy but we need something quick.
