Last night at the restaurant, I served an Employee from another Ruth Chris. Being that we pride ourselves as being one of the best in world for Ruth Chris, I told myself I’m going to make him totally impressed with our location. I did everything from top to bottom I really went the distance for him and his family. They really were having a great time. At the end of the meal they said your Restaurant is so much better than ours. Man, that felt great! His mom even mentioned that back home it’s not the same. But rather than boast and make his restaurant look bad, I said well we are all a team and we really try to take care of our own. I just hope he puts in good comment to the big bosses about our restaurant, the last evaluation we had, we didn’t score as well as I know we can.
