My plan on becoming stronger

It is very important for your body to be healthy and strong, especially if you play sports like I do. I love training my muscles. It gives you this great feeling after your workout. I also love the feeling of being tired afterwards, because that tells you that you worked hard. I have also begun to run a lot more now, both because of its health benefits, and because my baseball coach makes us do it. A very important part of improving your life is to get more sleep. Sleep is very important, because sleep is when your body repairs itself, and where you grow. I have made my diet a little more strict as well, because as they say, “you ware what you eat”. It is very important to cut down on fatty foods, like sweets and cake, and even fast foods. I have also cut down on video games and watching tv, because you cannot gain anything from doing those tasks, and the time is better spent doing something else.  I have also decided to strengthen my brain, which is a very important muscle. Before I studied for two hours, from 8-10pm, at home. But now I study for more than 3 hours, about 7:30-11 at the latest. If you eat, sleep, and work hard, you can look foreward to a better life.
