I have had this small random thought developing in my head lately and I am not sure where it will lead to or if it has been researched by many people before me. The thought has to do with people and them in situations and how they act. I feel that you can tell a lot about a person’s character based upon threes things, the way they act when they eat, drink and spend money. All three of these things apply to dinning, which is the business that I am in. Being that I am a waiter I have direct access to people and the way they act in this environment. I am not sure how much I want to research this topic myself, but it is just some food for thought.
