Small Differences

I am begining to notice small differences between English and Japanese. As I begin to translate the language more and more there are phrases and sentences that are just complety different in a sense when you translate them. The way the two languages are used in people’s everyday lives and the way they think are constructed much differently to me as well. I find personally that Japanese have a way of commanding someone to do something within the constructs of their language, but they are able to pull it off in the nicest way. It doesn’t come across as being rude. However, certain things translated directly into English come across as being quite rude. But maybe I am just misinterpting things.
